Every year here in Santa Barbara,  locals from our area come out and vote for their favorite restaurants in town.  It is essentially a casual review if you will on favorite local spots.  Below are the winners for the 2008 competition as well as a few of my own personal favorites.  Most all locals would agree that this year’s winners are excellent choices.  ENJOY!!
