We&#039;re seeing a similar shift in luxury housing here as well. Much of ours is coming from the large number of foreclosures that effect every aspect of our market. I would guess that is not the case in S.B.

One almost scary example was a 5000 sq.ft. home in Scottsdale that sold for 4.5 million in 2006 just sold as a bank owned property for $1.55 million. Pretty amazing.
