Simply denying it is plain stupid; we have to acknowledge it somehow. It does leave a bad impression for those who only read it on the surface and for those who aren't knowledgeable in our profession. I know a few agents who are guilty with number four on your list. As real estate agents and brokers, we should place the interest of our client first, not ours. There will always be rotten apples in any bunch, and I look at this article as a warning for those who do not have a clue. again, the article might contribute to the bad image of a typical real estate broker.
