East Beach town homes are located adjacent to El Escorial, but on the beach.  All units here are served by the same gated entrance for El Escorial.  There are a total of 80 units (townhome-style) with attached garages and a private smaller outdoor pool.  The complex was built in the early 1970’s and many of the units have had various degrees of upgrades done over the years.

Reasons owners love the East Beach town homes…privacy, gated feel, walk to beach, setting, ocean feel, weather and vacation feel.

There are only a few main floorplans varying in size from approximately 1100 and 1375 sqft. for the 2 bedroom units and around 1675 sqft. for the 3 bedroom units.  Most every unit is 2 bedroom and 2 bath, 2/3 story construction.  There are a few of the 3 bedroom units that only seem to come on the market sporadically.

Current prices as of Spring 2015 range from:

  • $900,000 to $1.4 Million for the 2 bedroom units based on upgrades and location in complex
  • $1.4 to $1.6 Million for the 3 bedroom units based on upgrades and location in complex
  • HOA dues are as of Spring 2015 around $450 per month
