Naples Development Becoming a Reality Along the Santa Barbara Coastline?

After years and years of heated talks and debates, Orange County Developer, Matt Osgood, had his vision of the historic Naples Property approved by the Santa Barbara County Planning Commission this week.  The outline of the plan calls for and equestrian center, several other "structures" and the alocated 72 spots for large luxury "mansion type" multi-million dollar homes stretching along the Santa Barbara Coastline from the coastal bluffs up to the local foothills. The project still needs to go through the California Coastal Commission (especially for the bluff top homes) as well as seek approval from the Board of Supervisors, scheduled for October 7th. ...
