For the first 6 months of 2009, there were only 3 closed sales of single family homes and condos directly along the Oceanfront here in Carpinteria, Montecito and Santa Barbara CA.  As of July 1st, 2009, there were 0 properties directly along the Oceanfront area that were pending sale (under contract). The highest sale directly along the Oceanfront was a Mediterranean style home located in the cove in Montecito located at 1631 Posilipo Lane, Montecito CA., 93108.  The sales price was $8,300,000.
